2006 CLS320 CDI Limp Mode

2006 CLS320 CDI Limp Mode
Hello All,
Regular reader, first time posting.
Recently purchased a 2006 CLS 320CDI, currently 120000 miles up.
Recently the car started going into limp mode and the error codes my mechanic got were for the Turbo Actuator and the Turbo, when the car went into limp mode I could switch it off and on and I would have the power back. Mechanic put in a new actuator and a reconditioned turbo, all went well for a few days when the car went back to limp mode and engine light returned. when I brought the car back to him he said that the Inlet Manifold was blanked (if this makes sense) and would need to be replaced, I did notice the plug for the Manifold was disconnected.
in the meantime my friend scanned the car and got codes P0638 and P0245, he replaced the actuator, car is still in limp mode, turning off and on the car doesnt take it out of limp mode and I am still getting codes P0638 and P0245.
Any guidance would be appreciated as Im getting figures of E2000.00 to E2500.00 to fix the Manifold
