Hello everyone, sorry for my english i'm french.

I've a 1999 w210 300td om606, the problems started with random starts, then one day the car stopped while driving, engine cranks but not starting.

The next day when the car was cold it started on the first try but when it arrived at 176 °F it stops.

I changed the K40, plastic fuel lines, test the SOV solenoid on table with 12V its ok, changed oring behind the SOV, fuel filter and oring.

When the car stopped, ive measured the power supply at SOV and when i turn the key in position 2 ive approximately 5v instead of 12v during the the preheating period and 0v after.

Ive 12v on the wire output the k40 wich goes to ECU but 5v at the output of the ECU.

I tried by shunting the sov direct on 12v but the car still turns off when it is hot.

When the car start it drives on limp mode, no power.

Any ideas ? I'm a bit lost I've run out of ideas and it's my only car

Thanks guys
