Lexus LS500 underside

Saw this photo of the underside of the new Lexus LS500. Looks pretty amazing. I especially like what appears to be a well for a spare wheel/tire at the rear. Through MY 2017, the Lexus LS came with a FULL SIZE, MATCHING alloy spare. I wonder if they will continue that in this new car?

What I find the most unusual is the pig-tail-esque stalks on the instrument cluster:

It's a very unusual car all the way around. However, I have decided to withhold my judgement until I see it in person and drive it. Of course, this new LS will come out when the 2018 S Class hits the market, so it should be some show. Can't wait to see a back to back comparison in the magazines.
