I am not well connected whatsoever. But from what I've researched, W222-FL will be shown at Shanghai Autoshow, April 21-28.

It somewhat makes sense since all models introduced in Geneva are new ones, not facelifts.
Facelift models rarely get any attention at European shows. If any, it will be smaller or euro-centric models...
