Need help with 19s and the correct fitment, maybe 20s Mandrus Millineum

New to me 2015 S550 4M CPO. I have stock 18s all around 245/45/18s. I hate them. I have my eyes on black mandrus millineum but I don't want to mess anything up. Do I go 19x8.5 all around or 19x8.5 front and 19.9.5 rears. It's stated that both are accurate and acceptable. Which set is better for the car, and if it does not matter will either set lead to tramlining. I love my car but I have alot to learn. Secondly if I go down the 20 inch path can this vehicle fit 40series tires with 20s, if not 20s are not for me I live in philadelphia. If 40 series tires does fit all around front and rear with 20s what size do I use. I perfer 20s as long as 40 series are acceptable but if not I'll do 19s.
Thanks for everyones help in advance.

40 series will not fit with 20" rim. I have a 2015 S550 4M and it came with the AMG package which included the 19" AMG wheels. Looks great and no issues with bent or cracked wheels. Also I have the staggered set up and very little tramlining. You will always have a little with a staggered set up but it is minimized with matching offset wheels.

No thank you I like a different look,

One question I have to all is 255/40/20 front and 285/35/20 rear possible on the 2015 s550 4 matic. MB said that 245/40/20 front and 275/35/20 rear are acceptable but no one can say anything about the other sizes. I want 20s and am looking at every possible outcome but its looking more and more like 19s will be the way unless the 255/40/20 front and 285/35/20 rear are possible.

255/40/20 front and 285/35/20 rear will probably result in rubbing, why do you want such big tires?

that is the biggest set up possible for 8.5 fronts and 9.5 rears which would result in the maximum amount of side wall, which is only 17% smaller than 19" which would give me as much side wall possible to combat philadelphia streets.
