Oil has been changed every 3000-4000 miles with detailed records showing mileage, dates, etc. Also, many of the bearings, bushings, and other other wear items for high-mileage cars have been replaced in the past 2 years.
Overall condition of the car is quite good, particularly in view of its mileage. Normal wear items include rock chips in the front, a couple interior imperfections, a fog light that needs to be fixed, etc. The car does have an accident listed on its Carfax record from the first owner in 1999 but there is no evidence of that today. Car has been solid for years.
I'm a long-time CCA member (and former I/P club racer) and have cared for this car the same way I have my street BMWs (e30 M3, 1 other e36 M3, 2 e46 M3s, e60 M5). This car was tracked a couple times back in 2003 until I bought a dedicated track car (and later race car). No ill effects.
I am NOT willing to part out. Asking $11,500 or best offer.
PM me or email me at marcmc8867 at yahoo if interested.
