Wheels Boutique – BMW M6 Gran Coupe x HRE RS103
Back in simpler times, the original E24 6 Series was the only grand tourer offered by BMW in their entire model lineup. It was later replaced by the 8 series and went on a 16 year hiatus before finally returning in the early 2000’s. The current generation 6 series added a new body style to the mix in the form of a four door sedan, or as the Bavarian’s call it, a “Gran Coupe”. Many have commented that this is what the new 7 series should have been all along but no matter what badge designation is applied to the boot, we’re just happy it’s here. The M6 GC here uses multi-spoke HRE RS103’s that pays a small homage to Alpina versioned BMW’s but with the added flare of a Polished Red Lip to set itself apart from all the other fish. This lengthy shark is beginning to smell some blood in the water.
