09 GT 4.6 new plugs, new MAF sensor new coils, new 02 sensors, new fuel filter, Under acceleration I will get misfire code ease into it , it’s fine! HELP!

which cylinder or random?

If random check air passage after MAF for leaks.

Yeah...check the the air tube for cracks around the flange...sucking extra air passed the MAS is a big headache.
