What sort of meets do the Audi folks do?

 

Big ones, lol. Typically just some sort of cruise. I've never been but my brother has and it's usually pretty substantial.

 

The local chapter of the Mercedes Benz Club of America has some events including one coming up in March:

Let's get an MB meet set-up. The problem is that everyone's spread out over so many forums. I see tons of modded MBs around; we just need to get organized like the Audi and Bimmer folk are.

 

Who's up to organize it?

Need someone to step up, I've been tagging here and there.
I was at E-90 post meet couple times and they not really organized lots of members that showed up though.

I've seen few MB modded around too, just curious if they up for the meet.

 

Is it worth picking a route/venue and a date and then cross-promoting to other forums (BenzWorld, MBCA, etc?) We could through up a free website for signups/organisation, etc.

The best thing to do would be to get something set up, and then drop a flyer/note/URL on someone's windshield when you see a nice Benz parked somewhere.

 

What happened? I just found this thread but I see it died down for some reason LOL. I am up for an event. I am going to Griots Garage in Tacoma this Saturday for Caffeine and Gasoline if anyone wants to come out. Free coffee, doughnuts, and NOS energy drinks. About 3 years ago there were 3 of us that got E55's at the same time and met up with a guy who had his for about 2 years at that time.

I think sneakyneon and I are only ones local that have e55's we hang out in the w211 Amg forum.

I'm up for a get together. Suggestions ?

New to MBW like to go to some of the NW meets I hav a 05 E55 stock just turned 21,000 miles. looking to upgrade performance, would be great to talk to some of the NW members.
