My "new" E550
Sharing for the local crowd!
On the list of things to do:
XPEL paint protection, Escort 9500ci with Mid City interface for dashboard display, LED license plate lights and metal pedal covers. Investigating BT audio situation with COMAND/Media Interface Plus.

Investigating BT: My iPhone works as a phone but I want to also stream audio via Bluetooth. The engineering menu lets me enable this and it works both as an audio source and as a phone until I switch off the ignition. Thereafter it works as one or the other unless I re-pair. A firmware update for COMAND may solve this or I may need to investigate the $300 Media Interface Plus (which may not in fact work the way I want it to...) or something else.
Owners of 2012 models don't have this issue: it just works as I found on my C class loaner.

Interesting, have not heard this yet, but will keep my ear tuned for talk of it. I know that the BT can be a bit funky depending on what phone you have; for instance, some Blackberry phones fail to pair on the first try, and require a second go-round.
Also, we have free washes too, you just have to call ahead and sign up. And when we open up our new dealership next year, it will be a self-service like Barrier.
No hate though, I used to work at Barrier too. After all, it's about the cars, right?
