Griot's Garage Detailing Seminar - this Saturday
It is organized by Mercedes Benz Club of America Seattle Section. I plan on going and it was suggested that I "bring a friend" so thought I'd post here.
If you do plan on going, you should probably sign up for an MBCA membership and contact Jim Houk (jth<at>telebyte.com).
From their newsletter:
Learn about the latest detailing products to keep your Mercedes-Benz looking like new. Mark your calendar for the excellent instructions on the proper use of Griot's Garage products and techniques to keep your prize Mercedes finish looking like it came off the showroom floor.
Guy Devivo and the Griot's staff will provide hands on demonstrations of the professional tips and tricks to detail your car. You will learn the preferred method of washing the finish; using a micro fiber towel vs. the old bath towel to dry the car, prepping the car for waxing the finish, claying, polishing, waxing, and then maintaining the polished finish. Under the hood cleaning and detailing will be on the agenda; also maintaining wheels and tires, leather interior, and keeping the glass spotless.
Questions and answers are always welcome during the demonstrations. I always learn more about detailing my cars at these sessions and encourage you to bring a friend along. A club discount will be available to members stocking up on cleaning supplies during the day. In addition, there are garage items and unique tools for anything you need in your garage.
Light refreshments will be available and of course car products samples and door prizes will go to the lucky raffle ticket holders.
