CORRECTION: previously said i need idler pulley. I need TENSIONER pulley (part # 113 200 0170)

Hello, I need these parts: 1) tensioner pulley, 2) driver's door sill trim (stainless) + plastic frame and the plastic bits that mount the trim. Pls quote prices delivered to 63303 (St. Louis, MO) via cheapest delivery method available. Also pls indicate condition of parts. Door sill trim doesn't have to be perfect, but need it to be pretty decent looking. Thanks, KWZ
