hub centric?

I need a pair H&R 10mm spacers for my rear of my car. Since I have 06 CLS when I called H&R, they told me that they never test this car and their concern is the height (not width) of the hub. I thought all MB have the same width and height of the hub. I thought as long as Mercedes hub centric it will be no problem...

Can someone share with me that their Mercedes spacers experience?
Are they one hub centric measurement for all?
Any safety concern?

Thanks in advance,
hlkc

I got a '05 SLK and needed 4mm spacers. When I had this done the car was so new no one had spacers made specifically for this car. I had a shop make custom spacers which fit perfectly and exactly to the car. This is the best solution but will cost a bit more.
