Check out these ram air setups

What do you guys think?Perhaps we could setup a group buy with a guy(BlackC230Coupe) on this site,he's a vendor for green filter:http://www.greenfilterusa.com/twister.asp

Here is a carbon fiber one from BMC,you can use one for each side:http://www.bmcairfilters.com/infoCDA.asp

I'm wondering if this kind of setup would be a + with the AMG airbox that's already on the car.You know, things like internal velocity, less heat being trapped, etc, etc.Any comments? Group buy would be the ticket if anyone thinks this is an excellent setup. See BlackC230Coupe for green filter setup.

The sound part I can't say. However I am trying to find out if the smaller length setup would even fit under the hood of my car.

Has anybody tried - or currently using any of those "tornado" air products ? I was curious if it was another mass marketed gimmick or if they really work ? Anybody ?

Hey guys, I actually own a Crossfire, and greenfilter actuallly stole one of my early on designs, for a intake system for out two filter set up. I contacted Greenfilter about a year ago, looking for support, on developing an intake system, for Mercedes, and Chrysler. They brushed me off, and I never thought about it again. I saw those same pictures about a month ago. I laughed, because I had foolishly sent a picture of my design idea's. That mistake will not happen again, because for what I have now, has a patent, and a CARB Exemption's pending. If you don't believe me I'll attach a pic, from I think Aug. of last year. I'll tell you all now, so you don't spend a boat load of money. Its a great simple idea, but it isn't efficient. One you draw in to much hot air, the second thing, is the stock air box is way to restrictive. It may look cool, but kills you on performance. I Designed something that will blow that out of the water!
