Any Body Help!

to make a long story short:

i had flowmaster exhaust

i wanted somthing louder

took off the flowmaster and put a straught pipe with a muffler in the end tip sorta thing

had no power from 5-6 RPM

could not take it over 100 because of this problem
i was told (and thoght) it was the fuel pumps

changed the fuel pumps
still no power in 5-6 RPMs!!!!! AND CANT GO OVER 100 BECAUSE OF THIS POWERLOSS

could it be the exghaust?!! even though it is a high preformance tip???

PLEASE HELP

From: Edmonds... good bye SD
BACK PRESSURE.......

some cars require it. Had an RX7, when i did the exhaust mod (no cats, dual straight pipes, and 1 resognator) i lost all my back pressure, which controlled a valve that allowed ports to open/close. Top speed before exhaust mod 135, after mod, 102....

Obviously a benz is 150% different, but something to do a search on.
