2009 SL63 AMG
Okay, now for a slightly more detailed response. There is no clear cut answer for it varies with the motor. With the Kompressor V8, AMG . Their highest output versions of the 5.4 Litre are in the CLK-GTR and SLR, both in the 600 hp vicinity. The Brabus K8 motor makes 550 hp. However, in the world of the V12, I would say Brabus. Their V12 S Rocket motor produces 730 hp while the 65 AMG produces 604. Even tuned by RennTech, the 65 motor is still 45 hp below the V12S - it can be argued that this is due to the 0.2 Litre advantage of the Brabus. Looking into the M120 V12, the Brabus 7.3 S generates more power than the AMG 7.3 - the Pagani Zonda 600 and 650 hp exceptions are due to the masterpiece of an intake manifold on them. They are fairly tied in body work, and IMHO the tighter AMG leather looks better. All in all, I feel that one should not fight over these two, but be respectful of both.

they are basicly the same in my own opinion. brabus is just more radical.

I vote for Brabus. I have installed the Brabus Lowered Suspension and love it. I think their body kits and interiors look great, not over done. I agree it all depends on the which AMG motor you have if the Brabus performance upgrade is really worth it all that money.

Brabus, its more unique, almost everyone has AMG bodykits now that Mercedes offers it as a optional package for other classes.
