SprintBooster manual(old) IN an automatic 320
I am ready to PayPal a former MBWorld member money for the BDD451 Sprint Booster.
I have the C320 AUTO... and he is selling the older (AGGRESSIVE) SprintBooster for the manuals. I know it will work, i know it is completely compatable on the pre 2006 cars.
My question is... HOW aggressive is this going to be on the AUTOMATIC? Will this cause my car to engage ESP everytime it rains??? Will the car "CALM" down if i put it into "W"?
I want the aggressive driving, but i have to take into consideration of my wife (not the best driver in the world). Will the AGGRESSIVE SB be too much for seattle weather? should i hold out for the next group buy and get the less aggressive?
ALL INPUT is greatly appreciated!!!

Your car will have a faster throttle response. You will also learn to drive with it insalled. I often wonder why I bought it.....then, when I let someone else drive the car, I remember why. Don't worry about the rain, etc. I don't have those issues in my car, but then again, I am used to it.
The guy at the MB dealership asked "What in the hell did you do to the car?"
Also, the guy that put my exhaust on said "That is one touchy throttle."
Go for it!

I've been using the SprintBooster for almost two months now and the throttle becomes much more responsive but as long as you don't have a heavy foot it should be fine.
Putting the car in "W" mode will calm it down a bit but not much though...as I see it the only difference I can experience between "W" and "S" with the SprintBooster installed is that I feel a lot more kickdown with "S" under aggressive driving.
