What exactly do these do for you? They claim HP gains, but I'd like to hear it from actual users. Do you notice anything different?

I've had cars where it made a noticible difference and cars where it made no difference. K&N doesn't make a filter for my car yet so I can't tell you. Have you looked at KoolBlue.com for their filters?
