Wher to find a tuning chip for 190E
Hello
As the topic says im looking for a chip for my 1990 190E 2.0i 8V engine.
found it in 2 shops
AMB-tunning (dont speak english)
rocketchip (No reply)
i know ther is chips for my car.
any one knows any other sites becos im feed up whit browsing on sites that dont have it and still when you search they got it.

You really can't "chip" the Bosch CIS system like you can more modern EFI systems. The biggest reason is that it's a rather primative, mechanical based system fuel system compared to modern systems that control more engine parameters. About the only thing that can be "altered" is what the old Audi/VW/Porsche tuners did . . . a $1 resistor that fooled the ECU into thinking that it was cold.
