What are the details of Kleemann S/C conversion?

What are the details of Kleemann S/C conversion?
Guys, I need your help!
Anyone knows what did they add and change in my car with Kleemann V6 S/C upgrade? Or where can I get the information. Does V6 S/C modification come with Fuel Boost Unit?
Few weeks ago, my CLK320 could not start. I went Kleemann dealer for trouble shooting. They replaced a fuel pump, removed the Kleemann Fuel booster and told me the booster is not Kleemann's standard for V6 S/C but V8's. They explained that they just wanted to enhance the performance for me since I am one of their first 3 customers after I questioned why did they put the booster into my car as installing the S/C.
I really felt unhappy and confused about this. Anyone can help me out, what is the whole pakage detail for Kleemann V6 S/C modification?
