Anybody heard of these guys?
I'm thinking about getting drilled/slotted rotors from them.
$290 for all 4 with pads delivered to east coast from cali.
Do you forsee any technical problems with them on a mercedes?
The only question I had is whether the pads are made to suit the brake wear sensor.
Any comments are appreciated.

I've never heard of them but I'd be weary. I'd really recommend a set of OEM(Brembo, Zimmerman, ATE) rotors and OEM/aftermarket (Pagid, etc) pads for their quality. This site says that their rotors won't crack but we've seen other companies' rotors which have been drilled or slotted after manufacturing, crack, and the [drilled] OEM's typically don't do that [as much, if at all].
All in all, you definitely get what you pay for. At the price you listed I just don't think you're going to end up with a high quality set of rotors and pads.
Just my $0.02.

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to give it a shot. Reading more up on them on another forum has given them nothing but praises. Also they called back to verify it came with new brake sensors.
