It seems as though the MB 6's respond well to intake tuning. TommyGunn, a member on the forum, has a Gruppe M installed on his E320, and his car is abnormally quick. Aside from that, maybe an ECU tune and Sprintbooster. Won't make the E an animal, but will definitely improve engine response and feel.

We have a nice ECU set up for the 320 cars. Its not going to turn it into an E55, but you will experience a broadening of the power band, better throttle response, removal of the speed limiter and an overall improvement in the drivability of the car.

Feel free to email me or PM me.

TommyGunn's car is an I6 and poster has a V6.

Forget "intake tuning."

First thing to improve power is to throw the K&N away, as it adds zero/zip/nada to performance and actually will reduce it as it ruins the MAP sensor.

not stock.
Cool

sprint-booster, throttle body over-bore, evo-sport under drive pulley kit, schrick cam-shafts, custom exhaust upgrade.... ECU tuning.

all these things will make the car ALOT more drivable... id put the sprint-booster, ecu tuning & evosport pulley kit a MUST for the V6 owners... keep the K&Ns..

or, you could always go with a custom supercharger setup like im doing right now
