Eaton M62 s/c fit a 99 clk430?

There is a gentleman selling an Eaton supercharger from a 2000 slk230 and am wondering if this model would fit my 99 clk430?

Thank you!

For your car, I would think the M90 is more appropriate. It's for cars with >4.0L engines.

I think SLK230's use the same supercharger as the C230, which is the Eaton M45. I could be wrong, though. Anyway, the M45 is too small for your 430. Even the M62 is too small. Eaton says it should be use on engines up to 4 liters. You would need an Eaton M90.

Thank you for the replies! I did read that Eaton page you posted Lynn and now I understand the difference in the M45 v. M62 v. M90.

Thanks again!

What would happen if you were to install this M62 on a 4.3L? Just curious.

It would have some benefit, but it couldn't deliver all the air the engine could use.
