Hi Everyone,
This thread is to share ideas, solutions and options available for upgrading MB DBW throttle bodies from the 2.3 all the way to the 6.3. To date there are over 40 DBW throttle bodies available on the market ranging from 45mm all the way to 90mm.Some will be useless to us whereas others will be useful.



I hope to keep all the information in 1 thread rather than being scattered around.

Anybody upgraded or bored the TB on on 2.3L M111?

 

Throttle Body are not smooth bore. i am thinking of smoothing it out to one size up to bottom. still using the same throttle plate.
