Megasquirt
Hey All!
Every once and awhile I come across people discussing Megasquirt systems, and it's often enough that I would like to gather people's opinion on it. I have a '74 450SL (R107) and have heard that folks with similar m117 engines used the Megasquirt system to either improve their gas mileage or engine performance (or both from what I hear).
I am not mechanically inclined at all, but have an immense curiosity to learn about stuff like this. I'm a recent owner of my car and plan to start restoring and improving various parts of the car.
What's people take on systems like the Megasquirt? On the face, it seems like a really complicated system? Is it worth the time and investment?
