G55
I have the official Car and Driver results for the G55k. Car and Driver will not allow us (Kleemann or myself) to release the official results until their September issue is published. I can tell you that the results are significantly better than Kleemann posted in this thread. They border on unbelievable for a 5700 LB vehicle. What's most impressive, and a tribute to the quality of the Kleemann system, is how consistent the times were 1/4 run after 1/4 mile run. I have had numerous cars tuned by various aftermarket companies and the Kleemann system is by far the best system that I've experienced. If any one is considering purchasing a Kleemann supercharger and is in the Denver area feel free to send me an E-Mail and we'll go for a ride, trust me, you'll be hooked.

This is off the G-wagon topic of this thread but it seems like Lucus and CoryU are checking here.

Would the stock clutch in a C320 wagon be able to handle the power from a Kleemann supercharger or would it slip at max power?

If not, do either of you know of any easy upgrades for this clutch that would work?

I have been told by CoryU (in an e-mail) that the tranny is good and by others that the differential is up to the task but the clutch seems to be a question mark.

Do you all know of any problem-free installs in manual SLK320's or other six-speed equipped 3.2L cars on record?

Thanks.

I mostly have experience with the C 240 with manual, I have a car in for service at the moment and it ran so far 100.000 km in 3 years trouble free, I have done a few SLK 320 with manual and never had problems. I have no idea if the comprerssor sets are fittet to manual or aut. cars when we export, but I have never heard of a problem.

Hope this will help you.

Brandon is working on a lightweight flywheel and heavy duty clutch for the 2.3. Will that fit on the V6's.
