I've had the SLK32 for a few months now, and it's time for more power. What's the first thing I should do?

I was thinking about a new catback exhaust. Approx. what gains will I see by replacing the 4 mufflers with a Magnaflow or Flowmaster?

have a look at the C32 section, most of the stuff offered can also be used on an slk32.
