If you'll get it installed by your dealer then probably not. I've ordered and got installed my Brabus kit by my MB dealer and my warraty was fully kept. Brabus itself commit guarantee if the kit is installed by authorized MB service.

2010 E63
I am going to have my E63 tuned in the next couple of weeks and read through this thread.
If you only consider the companies that have been doing this for awhile with great reputations would you then really just consider which company's ecu tune gives you the biggest bang for the buck? It seems there is quite a big difference in added HP and TQ between Eurocharge, Weistec and Renntech. Am I missing something else?

Eurocharged. No question. Jerry answered all my questions and took care of me. Jeremy at OE never got back to me, and hence you snooze, you lose. EUROCHARGED is the better choice!

Weistec is actually one of the few tuners out there took the time and effort for their R&D, and not just piggy-backed off someone else's work. They are the first tuner to build a S/C system for the M156 engine platform. However, I'm not too sure about your warranty here.
Eurocharged, I cannot speak for because I have no knowledge of their history or products. However, they do offer the "best bang for your buck" tune from what I hear. Your warranty is no good here.
All in all, you get what you pay for. Literally.

My c32 has 135k mi. If I choose to tune it, what maintenance or engine rehab would you suggest first? Oil, coolant, filters, plugs, wires pulley bearings all done. Compression test?
