Question for Kleemann?
I want to polish my Kleemann Manifold. I think it would look better.
How difficult would it be to have the manifold polished?
How hard is it to remove the manifold?
What parts would I need to replace? Gaskets, hardware, ect….
Can anyone with basic mechanical knowledge pull the Manifold off?
What are the Torque specs for the bolts, (all bolts effect)
Is there a torque sequence?
Will this void my warranty?

You can have the SC removed by an authorized dealer- this is the only way I would be comfortable with the removal process. Its not that its complex work- but ....
One little mistake and the car can be without proper fueling and that could be disaterous.
As for polishing it- anything is possible. The manifold is a nice quality sand casting- but its quite a bit of time to get it down to a mirror finish. Its also heavy and awkward to handle which might present some problems to working the finish. Extreme care would have to be taken to assure not compound (GRIT!!) got into the manifold ANYWHERE!
Maybe you should consider trying to polish what can bee seen through the engine cover only- this could be done on the car with propper housekeeping rules applied.
