I have a question about the quad exhaust
I just got a 2001 C240. I'm super new about car, so i have no clue about how to you call this type of exhaust. Also wondering how to get one like in the picture or how to make one like that.

It's a pseudo-quad exhaust.
It's usually for cars that came with single-sided exhaust systems but people wanted to have the quad look. Most of the time, because the car didn't come with a cavity to house an extra muffler on the opposing side, aftermarket exhaust manufacturers will simply extend a pipe to the other side with a set of tips.
They do this because it provides a "functional" tip rather than a set of dummy tips. It's mainly just so you have a functioning set of quad tips.
