What does "Kompressor" stand for? I don't see it very often.
Is in associated with Kleeman?
Is it another MB promoted tuner (like the more well known AMG) that has badges on straight from the show room?

Kompressor is just another word for supercharger, and many mbs have them from the factory, from c230s to SL55s.
It is not an indication of a specific tuner, although Kleemann is a tuner best known for their supercharger applications.
