Kleemann CLK50K Dyno data
Dynojet was installed here in N. Taiwan not long ago.
I invited the mag editors to arrange a series of test for AMG, Kleemann, Carlsson cars.
E55AMG is really amazing as I posted in E55 forum.
428 rwhp, 64.2 Kgm/4200 rpm
Kleemann CLK50K is shown below
381 rwhp,62.3 Kgm/3600 rpm
the peak TQ comes early than the AMG Kompressor
that explains why I always jump from the E55 & is killed later at
4th gear
Any dyno numbers of Kleemann 50K around here ?

To Dyno a W209 or W211 you need to have Star Diagnose handy to turn off the inclination sensor to allow complete turn off of ESP. Not possible to do an accurate run with the switch in only the "OFF" position. Disconnecting wheel speed sensor will also work.
You are also likely hitting "torque limts" inside the ECU. These limits can be removed/changed by KLEEMANN DK or DE or USA.

Thanks ! Kleemann.
E55,CLK50k.. we did the same dyno way, just turn off the esp on the panel.
I've never read the TQ limiter interlock alarm before
Some of C32K here did, it's an interlock, feel like hit speed limit
(can be any gear or rpm once over limiter)
it's logged & can be read in the DAS.
Is there any signal to judge that ?
thanks !

C32AMG as comparison : 329.7 ps/ 48.1 Kgm (~ 348.5 lbft)
ODPS+ I/C + SL55 full intake + headers + cats back

The TQ curve of your C32 is so smooth ! I envy that !
We're losing high rpm TQ significantly
and are working on it.
This C32(not mine) has almost everything except the chip
Lack of fuel in higher rpm is observed.

Hey Pierre,
Who do you think is the better ECU???
Powerchips/EvoSport or the H&S or Rentech??
Did you try Renntech since you also have Rentech pulley??
The torque curve is really nice and smooth compared to other c32 dyno's.
Thanks,
Prasith

for me H&S... those guys a really serius in germany and they chip even CL65... and even more, I am thinking to to chip my ML55 to.... unfortunatelly they can not chip my 999.
Powerchips/EvoSport or the H&S or Rentech??
Well, Powerchips/EvoSport they make a nice job with their pakege.
Rentech, Kleemann, or MKB ...they chip with the same comany.
H&S & Powerchips/EvoSport are the less expencive ones with better hp&tp for your $
Did you try Renntech since you also have Rentech pulley??
No...and that is a good point....the Renntech ECU & pulley pakege is good and not that expencive for the outcome, but with the H&S chip you get more torque. Futher, if you are planing just chipping and just filters...i believe that H&S + BMC is the best conbination ...I got 309rwhp & 305rwtq with just that and I spend $1,400 so far.

There's a C32 guy has just hit 300 Km/hr reading in digital mode
the max scale of our C32 speedo meter.
I believe it took long for that drag.
I heard 321 km/hr reading from a W211/E55 guy,E55 clock 320 km/h max in factory speedo.
