simplest mods to get +100HP from E300TD
Can anyone point me in the right direction for my '99? Would like to keep the low end torque and ad 100 HP. Was hoping to do it with a tune, bigger vnt turbo, and exhaust (basically bolt-on mods). The oe K14 turbo has a weird exhaust header bolt pattern so I'll probably have to mod or replace my header. Don't really like the idea of a mechanical IP. Nozzles would be acceptable. Maybe bigger elements in my oe pump. I know this engine is capable of 500 HP but I want to keep it real and good mpg. thx
