2013 CLS63, 2001 ML430, 2012 e350 coupe

rear differential gears

i have an 09 clk 550. Anyone know what other vehicle shares the same size rear diff ? I want to change my gear ratio. The only thing i know would work would be the clk 350 gears. But they are much of a ration change . Or any place after maket gears?

i did. I bought a rear diff out of a clk55, that had 3.05 gear ratio. mine is 2.65 stock. I searched what other cars shared my dif housing then searched diff models to see what ratio's they had. Depending on what engine was in the car the ratio's varied.
The tcm will have to be programmed for the ratio change. Kleemann is doing that for me. depending on what trans you have on who can do it. I have the 722.9, if you have the 722.6 there were allot more places able to program that one.
