ECU Tuned & Exhaust Upgrades - Emission Problem
Anyone live in Northern VA has ECU tuning and exhaust upgrades that has no problem passing VA Emissions?
Thinking about purchasing a car out of state that has these upgrades and want to know if I should worry about the car passing VA Emissions.
