Need some C230 M45 SC help
I am new here guys and am only seeking info. I do not own a MB of any kind however I do have an Eaton M45 from a C230 2.3 or 1.8. I don't know picked it up at sale. I have the manifolds and they were marked 1999 C230 so that is close to all I know except the M45 has a large clutch pulley and feels pretty smooth.
Question 1: what is max rpm this SC is suppose to turn.
Question 2: the large dia clutch pulley looks like one on M62 but I was told numbers are for a M45, what diameter should it be?
Question 3: if this is off a C230 2.3 what diameter should the crank pulley be.
Question 4: did this setup have a BOV in the system and was it operated. Y vacuum?
Question 5: the clutch system, what was the purpose and how did it work. What rpm did it kick in and what rpm did it kick out.
Question 6: what kind of boost pressure can I get out of this unit?
I am going to build a blow thru system and I need some guidance and help on some technical aspects.
