Hi

Can information be cloned from one ecu to another , my current ecu has been damaged by water

And anything else i would need

Give us a call, hopefully we can help ya out! 1-888-875-2958 Cloning might be possible, but if it is water damaged, it might not be a good clone. Might be better to replace, which we can help with. Though, buying a new ecu is never fun, so if you find a cheaper solution that works well, go for it. Just do your research first.
