Question 2003 E240 Performance Parts

I'm just searching for parts to just give the car a little more aggressive feel. From what I've read a power filter and an ECU is probably the way to go. I wanted to place rear exhaust tips like the E500, anybody know where I can order these?

Any other suggestions? I see many gimmicks BMC and Headers?

What are the con's, normally a mod has a con or does this not affect the car negatively in any way? Can you or someone suggest an exhaust or mufflers that could make this sound a bit like the E55, man I just rode in one and the sound is PERFECT! Not too loud, just the right amount of rumble and high tech sound.

Has anyone tried these pulley kits for a normally aspirated E500?

Noticeable performance gains, and/or problems with the other driving system performance?

Thanks,
