I don't think they will sell you the kit without the MAF relocation, unless you've already relocated it.

The kit is ~$1100

With the MAF relocation is ~$1700

Dj-po,

Yes, i did relocated my MAS. Why the kit itself without the MAS relocation kit is still cost $1100? Should it be $900 only? Kleemann has three kits: The $600 is just the ring pulley, $900 is for the 2000 and newer models that does not require the MAS relocateion and the $1700 is for the pre-2000 models that require the MAS relocation kit. Since i already relocated my MAS, should i pay only for the $900 kit?

Sorry- out of town

Linh-

My apologies for the inability to contact me- we have been moving the shop to a new location and I have been out of town- a bit hectic. In any event....

The systems we have are as follows:

Ring type - post summer 2000 M111 engines- $599

Solid alloy - undergoing durability testing on a 2002 CL203- when in production- $899

Pre summer 2000 - comprhensive system with MAF relocation- $1700.

I know you have relocated the MAF yourself- We do not typically sell parts or breakdown the pre 2000 kits.

PM me and we can discuss your situation.

Move

JamE55-

We have moved the workshop to a location 2 miles west on highway 24 in Colorado Springs- no secret movement to the west coast.

what does the durability testing mean? the product hasn't been fully tested yet? i thought goodkat got one already - is he a tester?

but the ring type has been tested already?

thanks for the clarification.

goodkat has the pre-summer 2000 system. This system has been in production for 3 years- fully tested.

The solid alloy pulley for the CL203 is not the same part as the W202 system. The offset, hub and diameter are different. There is no reason that there should be any problems with the CL203 alloy pulley. I just want to have some in house testing before its available to the public. FEA says it will outlast the car- I want miles on our own car first.
