CLS 53 AMG Exhausts Shenanigans
Hi everyone,
Long story short, I had the pleasure of driving around in the new Aston Vantage V8 over a year ago and boy, did track mode with that car sound absolutely delightful. Never heard a car go pop and bang soo loud but sadly, in Thailand, any nice car has a tax of around 200% on top of the cars price. A E53 Coupe here could almost buy you a Lamborghini Hurrican Evo in Europe.
I currently got my eyes on one of Mercedes 53 AMG models here and most likely the CLS as I think its assembled here in Thailand which helps alleviate the taxes and duties. Although the 53 AMG are inline 6 cylinders, is there any way to made a 53 AMG have as loud of an exhaust as an the new Aston Martin Vantage? I am guessing a after market exhaust would be required and probably an ECU remap.
Any tips, info, insights and directions as to where I can gather more information would be much appreciated and thanks in advance!
