KLEEMANN warranty
KLEEMANN supercharger systems carry a one year, unlimited mileage warranty
against any failures of the supercharger system. This warranty does not
extend to the powertrain of the vehicle. KLEEMANN is working with several
aftermarket warranty companies to provide this additional protection.
It is illegal for a car manufacturer to deny a warranty for the installation
of aftermarket parts. The law stipulates that the burden of proof is to the
dealer/manf. to show that the aftermarket part caused whatever damage. This
can become a time and money consuming affair- hence our desire to offer a
warranty of our own.
KLEEMANN has been building these supercharger systems for over 3 years. Over
500 of these systems have been installed during this time. There have been
zero warranty claims for powertrain problems of any kind during this time.
Normal wear items such as belts and water pumps will, of course wear out at
some point. It is KLEEMANN's policy to provide the best customer care
possible, we will always do whatever it takes to service and support our
products.
KLEEMANN products are only installed by factory trained and authorized
dealers. The installation of our supercharger is a comprehensive activity
and cannot be left to unqualified shops. This is the only way we can insure
that the work is done correctly. Typically a vehicle is dynoed before and
after, driven for several city/hwy cycles and all values cross checked. The
last thing we want is an unsatisfied customer, or worse, a preventable
problem.
