RENNtech customer service - or lack of
About three weeks ago I placed an order from RENNtech, went through some ID verification from them, and since then the order just displays as “processing” with the last update being on the day of the purchase.
I have emailed three people there, on different occasions, plus filled out web contact forms twice.
They were very quick to ask for verification, but now that my money has been taken the customer service has just stopped.
Is this the normal process for dealing with them? Last email I got was confirming that my ID was okay, nothing at all since.
