Ogura Clutch
Does anybody know the pros and cons of the new ogura clutch systems currently used by AMG & Carlsson in their superchargers ??

Thanks Stephens,

I've read the Europeancar's (march issue) write-up on the Carlsson Ogura Clutch system.

What I am interested to know is:

Does this system let the SC freewheel COMPLETELY (zero consumption of power) when not under boost ??
Most other systems' SC actually still "consume" power from the crank when not under boost with the bypass valve opened.

I thought the whole point was that as in an a/c clutch, when not in use (under load) the system free wheeled, to conserve fuel.
