Sorry to be off topic here but what kind of kleemann kit are you running? G4 or G3? How do you like it?

Im not sure of the exact generation. I know it is one of the first kits (if not the first) in the US on a CLK 55. It has the mechanical WP. Only got about 8k miles out of the WP. Not very happy about that. I talked to Corey at Kleemann a bit about this, He said my cost of a replacement WP is 690 dollars. Im not to happy about that and figured that they would send me a replacement, but it is past its 1 year warrenty period.
Other than that; It works very nice. Very good power. It is hard to launch fast. Once you are going though, its great!

Since i'm guessing you have a CLK55 you have the G4 kit (G3 is for V6) and you have the older version WP system. How did you notice it was a WP problem? What happened?

Yes, it is a CLK 55.
The pump is making a very loud noise and is also leaking.

You can use factory Mercedes-Benz coolant available at your local dealer. Buy one gallon and mix it 50/50 with distilled water. Don't forget to bleed the intercooler, or it will be useless. Let me know if you need help doing the waterpump and I'll guide you through the process.
