RWD CLS63 Shooting Brake
RWD M157 Drivetrain Built!
Okay so currently I’m dreaming. As car guys do! Hopefully looking to build my RWD CLS63 Shooting Brake into a bit of a daily monster. So I’ve done as much research as I can on this platform (Tasos, BlackBoost, A2D, E63R Build, 5soko…)
Engine:
Any upgraded turbos that aren’t hybrids. The fact that the standard Hotside of the turbos break. Why would I want hybrids with the same wastegate prone to cracking and failure?and cost $12,999 😅😂
Drive
Can you / Has anyone converted a Right Hand Drive RWD to AWD? I know the downpipes, Sump & Gearbox internals must be changed, but is the steering column in the way or something?
If you cannot convert the car to AWD. What half shafts are people using to prevent failure. Also is there a preferred brand of Diffs. Thanks
