2016 C200 (A205) Decat
Good day everyone
i have a 2016 C200 cabriolet and having a stage 1 custom tune done to it, the tuner advised me to do a decat with the tune as a recommendation.He told me that the change in exhaust sound will be little to none, the rest of the exhaust will remain stock.Note that the decat would be removing the cat in the stock downpipe and then putting the downpipe back.( no aftermarket dp)
I dont want the car to be loud at all or sound obnoxious when driving.Is there anyone who had a decat done on a 2016 and up C200 with the rest of the exhaust still being stock, if so please advise me what the change in exhaust tone is like, it is a cabriolet and a very smart vehicle, so wouldnt want the vehicle to be loud, i wouldnt mind very small change in tone that sounds decent but not overly loud.Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
