Actual consumption very different from that shown on the panel

Good morning, I would like to ask you for help in trying to make some kind of adjustment via the Xentry to equalize the consumption shown on the panel with the actual consumption of my car.
I have a Mercedes w164 and the consumption shown on the dashboard was very optimistic for me, completely out of touch with reality. I always fill up at the same gas station and the difference has been around 28% less than the real one shown on the dashboard.
It turns out that it becomes very inconvenient to have such different consumption, so I would like someone to help me and show me where I can make this adjustment and equalize this consumption. Thank you.

I had a similar issue with my W212. Turns out, the instrument cluster had been coded for IMPERIAL gallons (UK, which also uses MPH).

I showed that to the dealer and they found the right coding and reflash my cluster.

Unfortunately, you can't adjust the displayed fuel consumption with Xentry. It's a calculated value, not a setting that can be calibrated.

The difference you're seeing is normal, but 28% is quite high. The most common cause for such a large discrepancy is an incorrect fuel tank level sensor reading.

Your best bet is to use Xentry to check for any fault codes related to the fuel system and to check the live data from the fuel tank sensor to see if it's reading accurately.

I think it might be good information you gave me because I replaced both fuel pump and filter floats just before I noticed this problem..
I didn't take many measurements before having to change the float, but my float had a problem and I already changed the entire set, I put in a parallel set, but at least the dashboard display in relation to the fuel shows perfectly with great precision.
Can you tell me if I have to make any kind of calibration adjustment because I changed the tank floats?
Thanks
