CLS Intake W213 Install or not?
Hey guys! Im in a little bit of a confused situation here and I need your help/advice if possible!? So, I picked up an CLS air intake system 2nd hand from a member here for my W213 E63s and took it to my mechanic to install. Now, this mechanic is very picky on what's good for the car... he said that his system is NOT good as the filter cones are open in the engine bay and just doesn't do a good job with the intake. Is this a concern to others using this same system on here? I want to install it...but then I wonder if it's even worth the install. Any solid advice would be wonderful! I feel like I'm stuck with an air intake system that I purchased made specifically for the car and it's just going to sit there in the garage. Thanks guys!!
