How do I reduce the size of my images to fit the requirements? They're just too large. Currently found a suitable pic online, but would like to get a chance to post my car up.

Try using Microsoft Powertoy Image Resizer.
You can find a link to it by clicking one of the links in my sig; the one about how to post pictures on mbworld.
