What the heck are referrals? I see them on the Profile Page of members, and it has a number next to it.

Public groups are not used on MBWorld.org as of now.

Referrals are what they are. When a new member joins MBWorld.org they have a box that says who referred you to MBWorld.org
If they put in your name, then your referral count goes up one.
